Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

We offer a full refund on the purchase of the "RV Valuation Report", if you request a refund within 30 days of purchasing, and have not already submitted your RV Valuation request form. We also will refund the purchase of this product if you did not receive your RV Valuation report within 5 business days of submitting the request form
We offer a full refund of the "Negotiation Service" if we negotiated for a unit on your behalf, and were not about to get the seller to lower their advertised price by at least $500 dollars.
We do not offer any refunds on the "1 Hour Phone Consultation" Service. All Sales are final.
To initiate a return, please email support at Kevin@rvpricepro.com. Title your email "Refund Request". Please be sure to include your full name, email address, phone number, and date of original purchase in the message
Refunds can take up to 30 days to process from the time of request.
